Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday asked the country’s Hindu community not to consider itself a minority. He also said that this country belongs to all classes irrespective of caste, creed and religion as he fought for the freedom of the country against Pakistani forces in 1971. “Why do you call yourself a minority?” Hasina said while interacting with prominent leaders of the Hindu community on the occasion of Janmashtami at her official residence Gano Bhavan here. …there is no such thing as minority and majority.
