New Delhi: Vice President and Rajya Sabha Speaker Jagdeep Dhankhar will unfurl the National Flag at the New Parliament Building on Sunday. The flag-hoisting ceremony will be held a day before the five-day Parliament session starting on Monday. Parliamentary proceedings may be shifted from the old to the new building in this session.

Let us tell you that the special session of Parliament is going to start next week from September 18. Earlier, the list of rooms allotted for ministers in the new parliament has been released. Rooms are allotted to 11 senior cabinet ministers on the upper ground floor.
According to the information, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Arjun Munda, Smriti Irani, Dharmendra Pradhan, Ashwini Vaishnav are among the above. A room is allotted on the ground floor.
