Mumbai: Recently the trailer of Ishaan Khattar starrer Pippa was released. After garnering positive response for the trailer, with its stunning visuals, exceptional soundtrack and intriguing glimpses of the film, Prime Video has created excitement with the release of its first song ‘Rampage Rap’ from the most awaited film Pippa. The video features Ishaan as Captain Balram Singh Mehta on a mission to pull the Indian Army out of India’s deadliest war. Singer composer A.R. Composed by Rahman, this energetic song has some exciting and adrenaline-pumping beats that not only thrill the audience but also keep them engaged in the developing story. Written by MC Hamm and sung by MC Hamm and Crystal, the song evokes a strong patriotic feeling.
Talking about the song, A.R. Says Rahman, “’Rampage Rap’ represents an ambitious attempt to enhance rap’s vibrant energy while maintaining a strong connection to tradition and staying true to the film’s theme. MC Hamm has shown remarkable skill in creating and putting together a 7/8 rap, a rare feat considering the challenge presented to him.
The song is able to find its place in some important moments of the film.
