Lynn was born in Manipur, but schooled in Mumbai. After this, Lynne graduated from Sophia College for Women in Mumbai and trained in acting at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York. Talking about their first meeting, Lee said in a recent interview that she first met Randeep at Naseeruddin Shah’s theater group Motley in Mumbai. Randeep was Lynn’s senior. Their relationship started as friendship and gradually progressed to love and then marriage.
