Let us inform you that Adani Group’s promoter firm has increased its stake in two of the group’s listed companies as the group continues to work on strategies to recover from the impact of the damaging reports. In a stock exchange filing, the promoter group said it has increased its stake in flagship Adani Enterprises to 71.93% from 69.87%. In a separate stock exchange filing, the promoter group said it has also increased its stake in Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd to 65.23 percent from 63.06 percent.
Adani Group shares are in recovery mode after the Hindenburg report. Adani Ports with its Rs. 395.10 from a 52-week low of Rs. 843 has been reached. While, Adani Enterprises Rs. 1017.45 to Rs. was able to reach 2556. Both these stocks are rising today.

In the last six months, Adani Enterprises has gained over 36 percent, while Adani Ports has gained 23.88 percent. In terms of returns, it has gained 2.59 percent so far this year. The stock has burned less than its group shares in the Hindenburg heat. Adani Enterprises, on the other hand, is down 33.39 percent so far this year.
