Mumbai: Well-known Bollywood and Marathi cinema actor Shreyas Talpade was admitted to the hospital after suffering a sudden heart attack on Thursday night. The actor underwent an angioplasty at the hospital, after which his condition is now said to be stable. As soon as the news of the actor’s heart attack came out, there was a stir in Bollywood too. On hearing the news, Bollywood actor Bobby Deol reached the hospital to meet him, where Shreyas’ wife Deepti Talpade informed Bobby about Shreyas’ health. Talking about the information received from Deepti, Bobby said that Shreyas’ heartbeat stopped for 10 minutes after the heart attack.
Now Shreyas Talpade’s friend and filmmaker Soham Shah also gave information regarding his health and said that Shreyas is now fully healthy and may be discharged soon. Speaking to Times of India, Soham Shah said, “There is every possibility that Shreyas will be discharged by Sunday night or Monday morning. I went to see him the night he was taken to the hospital and I was there today (Friday) too. It was such a relief to see Shreyas coming back to himself, smiling and talking to me.”
He continued, “He was filled with gratitude and blessings that he was taken care of in time. Thanks to his wife Deepti, whose wisdom was amazing and she took the right decision at the right time. Braving the traffic and reaching the hospital was quite a challenge. Thank God he is recovering and everyone’s best wishes are with him.”

While talking to Bollywood Hungama, Bobby Deol said – ‘I just spoke to his wife Deepti. She was very upset. His heart stopped for about 10 minutes. He has undergone angioplasty. Doctors have given Shreyas a new lease of life. Just pray that he gets well soon. Earlier, Deepti also talked about her husband Shreyas’ health and shared a post on Instagram. In which he said that Shreyas is slowly recovering.
