SSC SSA/UDC: Applications open, 272 posts will be filled, see selection process

SSC SSA/UDC Exam: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started the online application process for SSC SSA/UDC Exam. Candidates who want to apply for this recruitment exam can visit the official website ssc.nic.in and fill the online application form.

Let us inform you that the application process for Senior Secretarial Assistant/Higher Divisional Clerk Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2020, 2021 and 2022 has been started. Last date to apply is 7 November 2024.

Computer based test for this recruitment exam will be conducted in February-March 2024 as per schedule. However, the exam date has not been announced yet. And through this recruitment exam SSC Total 272 posts will be filled. The number of vacancies offered for recruitment year 2020 is 38, 153 vacancies for recruitment year 2021 and 81 vacancies for recruitment year 2022.

–– Last date and time for receipt of online applications: 7 November (23:00 hrs)

–– Computer Based Exam Time Table: February-March 2024 (though the date of the exam has not been announced yet)

Who can apply for recruitment test?

To apply for these posts, the candidate’s age should not exceed 50 years as on the cutoff/cutoff date for the recruitment years 2020, 2021 and 2022 as determined by their respective Cadre Controlling Authority. However, age relaxation will be given for reserved category candidates as per government norms.

SSC SSA/UDC Exam Pattern will be as follows

The Computer Based Examination and the Written Examination will be conducted in two parts: Part-1 will consist of two papers, ie, Paper-1 Computer Based Examination of 200 marks will be conducted.

Written examination will be conducted in paper-2. Which will be of 100 marks. Paper-1 will have objective type (multiple choice) questions, while paper-2 will have descriptive type questions. Let us tell you that for every wrong answer in Paper I there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks.

SSC SSA/UDC Exam: This will be the selection process

Candidates will be selected through computer based test and written test. This exam will be conducted by Staff Selection Commission in Delhi itself.
