According to preliminary data from Sacnilk, Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunk has taken a mere opening of Rs 30 crore on the first day. This is Shah Rukh’s lowest opening this year. It looked like SRK’s ‘Dinky’ would create a record on the first day, but the advance booking figures were showing that this was not going to happen, as the advance booking of ‘Dinky’ was only around Rs 15 crore. The biggest clash of this year i.e. Prabhas’ ‘Salar’ and Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Dinky’ is going to take place today (December 22).
