Jeram Valley attack: Supreme Court rejects NIA’s plea against Chhattisgarh Police’s FIR

In the case of the killing of Congress leaders in Bastar, Chhattisgarh in the year 2013, the NIA has received a blow from the Supreme Court. The court has said that the case will continue on charges of a major political conspiracy in the Maoist attack. NIA plea against fresh FIR registered by Chhattisgarh Police in 2020 has been dismissed. The Supreme Court said that we will not interfere in this matter.
