Director Raj N Sippy decided to make a film in the 80s, with two heroes and one heroine. None other than Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor have been signed for the film. This was the first film of Jackie and Anil in which both were working together for the first time. However, there was only one heroine in this film, which was Munmun Sen. The film was called ‘Andar-Bahar’.

A clash of egos between two stars
The film was ready and now it was the turn of the film credits. The director showed Jackie Shroff’s name first in the film credits. Anil Kapoor then got angry at this and demanded to reveal his name first. Actually, before this film, Jackie Shroff’s film ‘Hero’ was a super hit. Due to this, the release date of the film ‘Pehle Mein…Pehle Mein…’ was advanced by 8 months. However, after this Raj N Sippy convinced Jackie Shroff to share his name in the same frame. After this, the distributor objected to both their names appearing in the same frame and Anil Kapoor was almost disappeared from the film’s poster and credits.
