Snapdeal co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal invested in Honasa Consumer in 2018. He bought the shares of the company at Rs 3.21 per share. Now both Kunal and Rohit are selling 1,193,250 shares of the company. Kunal and Rohit are getting 100 times more compensation. Subscription for Honasa Consumer’s IPO will close on November 2, 2023.

Mariwala bought shares of the company for Rs 6
Marico’s Rishabh Harsh Mariwala sold shares of MamaEarth’s parent company Honasa Consumer at an average of Rs. 6.05 per share was bought. Mariwala is getting 53 times return on its investment. While the Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Rs. 41.86 bought shares of Honasa Consumer. He is getting 8 times return on his investment. Shilpa Shetty is selling about 1,393,200 shares in the offer for sale part. Honasa Consumer’s IPO raised Rs. 365 crore is a fresh issue and an offer for sale of 41.25 million shares. At the upper price band of the company’s IPO, Rs. 1701.44 crore will be collected.
