New Delhi, Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’ created a huge uproar among the audience even before its release. With this film released on Netflix, the children of not one but three veteran actors of Bollywood have made their acting debut. Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan’s favorite Suhana Khan, Shah Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Agastya Nanda and late actress Sridevi’s younger daughter Khushi Kapoor started their careers with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’. In such a situation, when such big names are attached to a film, the expectations of the audience also get high and something similar has happened with ‘The Archies’.
The audience had high expectations from these star kids in this film, but the acting of these star kids could not impress the audience much. After the release of the film, a section of the audience openly rejected the film and now it seems that choreographer and director Farha Khan is also among those who did not like the film.
Ravina Tandon apologized
Recently Bollywood’s ‘Mast Mast Girl’ Raveena Tandon liked a post criticizing Zoya Akhtar’s film, after which she became popular on social media overnight. However, Raveena Tandon later apologized and clarified that she chose the post by mistake and her small mistake created a stir on social media.
Farah Khan was missing from the film premiere
Raveena Tandon clarified and apologized for hurting someone’s sentiments, but now according to media reports, Farah Khan has repeated the same ‘mistake’. In fact, media reports are claiming that Farah Khan also liked a post on social media mocking Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda’s acting. Interestingly, despite being a close friend of Shah Rukh Khan, Farah Khan was missing from the premiere of King Khan’s daughter.
Let us tell you that Zoya Akhtar’s film has been released on December 7 on Netflix. ‘The Archies’ is an Indian adaptation of an American comic book series centered on the fictional town of Riverdale. Vedang Raina, Dot and Yuvraj Menda also made their acting debut with this film.
