‘PDA will win 2024 Lok Sabha elections’

Akhilesh Yadav shared a post on X (earlier Twitter) on Sunday and shared a picture of an SP worker with his back painted in the party’s red and green colours. It reads in Hindi, “Mission 2024, Netaji (Mulayam Singh Yadav) long life. ‘PDA’ will ensure that Akhilesh Yadav wins this election. Akhilesh Yadav will ensure that the poor get justice.”

SP clashes with Congress on seats

Relations between the Samajwadi Party and the Congress have been strained. In fact, the Congress had reportedly assured the SP that it would consider its candidates for six seats in Madhya Pradesh, but still did not spare a single seat for its ally SP. Due to which Akhilesh Yadav has expressed displeasure. Since then he has been continuously targeting the Congress. Both the parties have fielded candidates against each other on 18 seats for the assembly elections to be held on November 7 in Madhya Pradesh.

‘PDA will defeat NDA alliance’

PDA stands for Backward, Dalit and Minority. Akhilesh Yadav is emphasizing that the PDA will defeat the BJP-led NDA in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. In his post on Twitter, Akhilesh Yadav wrote, “Elections 2024 will be PDA’s revolution.” Let us tell you that after the list of Congress candidates for the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections was announced on Thursday, Akhilesh Yadav accused the Congress of fooling other parties. He also hinted that if the Samajwadi Party had known that the alliance did not work at the state level, it would not have been so open to the India bloc.

Question on Akhilesh’s continuation in India alliance

Akhilesh said that Congress had assured to consider six seats. But he did not even think about SP while announcing the candidates. Had he known that there was no alliance between them in the state, he would not have spoken to the Congress about it. At the same time, when Madhya Pradesh Congress president Kamal Nath was asked about this, he said, “Hey brother, drop Akhilesh Vakhilesh…” The state unit of the Congress asserted that Bharat was an alliance. And their focus is on the Lok Sabha elections.
