Bihar Assembly Secretariat Recruitment for 183 Posts of Security Guard, Officer Attendant, Driver and Data Entry Operator. It includes 80 posts of Security Guard, 40 posts of Data Entry Operator, 9 posts of Driver and 54 posts of Office Attendant. The online application process for this recruitment will start from January 1, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting vidhansabha.bih.nic.in till 21st January. The last date for payment of examination fee is fixed as 23 January 2024. No written test will be conducted for the post of Driver in the above posts. The application fees for the posts are different which can be seen from the notification.
Only natives of Bihar state will get benefit of all types of reservation and age relaxation. Candidates from other states will fall under unreserved category and will be eligible to apply in this category. Further information regarding vacancies, eligibility and application process is given below.

Eligibility- Must have passed 12th from a recognized Board of School Education.
Pay Scale – Pay Level-3, Rs.21,700-69,100 + Other Allowances.
Age Limit: Minimum Age Limit – 18 years.
Maximum Age Limit – General Range – 25 years.
Maximum age relaxation is two years for BC, MBC, three years for BC and MBC women and five years for SC, ST men and women.
Size of security guard
Along with this, it is necessary to determine the physical standards. Under this, the height of male candidates should be 167.5 centimeters and female candidates should be 154.6 centimeters.
– Chest (for male candidates only) should be 76.5 cm and 81 cm with expansion of five cm.
Selection – Written Examination and Physical Efficiency Test.
Computer Administrator
Qualification- 12th pass. And the computer speed should be 8000 key depressions per hour.
Desirable Qualification – Certificate in Computer course approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Be it O Level or equivalent subjects of Diploma in Computer Application or Computer Proficiency Test in terms of syllabus and duration of subjects prescribed by DEOACC IAS.

Maximum age relaxation is two years for BC, MBC, three years for BC and MBC women and five years for SC, ST men and women.
Selection – Candidates will be interviewed for direct recruitment to the vacancies of Office Attendant.
Integer will be of 100 marks. Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the interview.

A preliminary examination may be conducted for direct recruitment.
