The administration did not learn any lesson from the shortcomings in counseling during the first phase of teacher rehabilitation. So the teacher candidates had to face a lot of trouble. 20 counters were set up for counseling teacher candidates. But, many of these were not functional. There was no sign board showing which class and subject counseling would be held at which counter. But, his counseling could not be done till 3 pm. There was no visible arrangement from the administrative level for smooth counseling process. Many candidates said they stood in queues for hours. Meanwhile, the policemen threw them out of the line. Also ordered to bring along the token. According to candidates, some candidates were counseled without tokens while some were asked to bring tokens. In the morning there was no announcement on the loud speaker about the token system. The rules were changed from time to time. Candidates complained that the sound was not coming through properly during the announcement. When asked verbally, no officer or employee posted there was ready to say anything. It was also said that apart from the scheduled classes on Thursday, teacher candidates from earlier scheduled classes also came. This led to overcrowding and chaos. Meanwhile, many officials including Sadar SDO Ramanuj Prasad Singh, Sadar Circle Officer also reached to take stock of the situation. But returned only after investigation.
