CTET 2023: The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 is conducted to assess the suitability of candidates for teaching at the primary and upper-primary level. Candidates who have not yet applied for this exam, let us inform them that the application window will close tomorrow i.e. 27th November. The application form correction window for CTET 2024 will open on November 28 and close on December 2. CTET January 2024 will be conducted on January 21 in 135 cities across the country. The exam will be conducted in 20 different languages. The exam result will be declared in February 2024. At present the exam result date is not announced.

Examination fee for CTET Paper I or Paper II for General OBC (NCL) candidates is Rs 1000. If an applicant is applying for both Paper I and Paper II, the application fee to be deposited will be Rs 1200. The cost of CTET exam is Rs 500 for Paper I or Paper II for SC, ST and PwD only. The examination fee for such candidates is Rs 600 while applying for both Paper I and Paper II.
Let us inform you that Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) has been organized to select Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Primary Teacher (PRT) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT). Candidates who are successful in this examination get an opportunity to teach students of class I to V and class VI to VIII. After obtaining the CTET exam certificate, candidates can teach in any school in the country, be it private or government.
