New Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai told NDTV on Saturday that development of the state is his priority. Along with this, Sai said that the promises made to the public under the Modi Ki Guarantee should be fulfilled. Sai took oath as Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh on Wednesday.
