BPSC Teacher Recruitment: Subject wise examiners are not available in CBSE schools. This has emerged from the records sought by teachers regarding the 2024 board exams on OASIS (Online Affiliated School Information System). Under BPSCC teacher recruitment, more than 500 teachers have left CBSE affiliated schools in Muzaffarpur district. More than 1500 teachers have left private schools in the district. The board has directed all the districts to fill up the vacancies and send the names by November 30. There are many large schools from where 13-14 teachers have been appointed under BPSAC.
Most problems in class 9-12
CBSE School Organization Sahodaya Secretary Satish Kumar Jha said that private schools have many vacant posts of teachers in classes 1-5 and 9-12. There is a huge shortage of science teachers. The greatest shortages are in 1-5 and 9-12. Dozens of schools have vacancies in physics, mathematics and chemistry in grades 9-12. Teachers of various schools said that teachers are not available to teach in higher classes.
Giving number of teachers in proportion to children
Mr. Jha said that in the board examinations not only about copy checking but the ratio of teachers is decided according to department and number of students as per board rules. In most schools this ratio is disturbed. In such a situation, fresh appointment will have to be made as per the instructions of the board and the report will have to be uploaded before 30th November. Schools that do not do so will be investigated. Suman Kumar, president of the Indian Association of Private Schools, said the next phase of resumption will still be a big problem, as recruitment is being done for six to eight. CBSE According to the rules, only candidates with prescribed qualifications are to be appointed. In such a situation everyone is busy searching. This is the case in almost every district.
