Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is now all set to be seen in ‘Dinky’ later this year. Recently, the trailer of this film was released, after watching which, the audience is waiting for Shah Rukh Khan’s next film. However, there are some more big budget films slated to release in December, which could prove to be tough competition for Shah Rukh Khan’s film. But, keeping all these worries aside, the makers of Dinky have released the first song of the film. Kicking off the musical journey of Donkey Drop 2 directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the first heartwarming song – ‘Lat Put Gaya’ has been released.
The song tells about the chapter in Hardik’s (Shah Rukh Khan) life when he falls in love with Manu (Taapsee Pannu). This is because she goes against the world and stands for it. In the song you will see how her feelings for Manu turn her into a hopeless romantic.
The song is composed by music maestro Pritam, features soulful vocals by Arijit Singh and lyrics are penned by Swanand Kirkire and IP Singh. The mesmerizing dance moves of the song have been choreographed by the famous Ganesh Acharya, which makes it more magical and reflects the colors of love.

Dunki has a narrow cast, with very talented actors like Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover playing colorful characters along with Shahrukh Khan. Presented by Jio Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment and Rajkumar Hirani Films, produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan, written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani and Kanika Dhillon, Dunki is scheduled to release in December 2023.
