Bharti Hexacom IPO: The initial public offer (IPO) process of Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of telecom giant Bharti Airtel, has begun. According to a report by CNBC TV18, the company’s listing is possible as early as 2024. The report said that telecom company Airtel has appointed investment bankers for this IPO. These bankers include Axis Capital, SBI Cap, IIFL and ICICI Securities. At the same time, the company made around Rs. 20,000 crore expected.
Group’s IPO after 11 years: After about 11 years, an IPO of a Bharti Group company is going to hit the market. Bharti Group’s last IPO was Bharti Infratel, now known as Indus Towers. This IPO was listed in the year 2012.
Who owns what shares in the company: Let us tell you that Airtel has 70 percent stake in Bharti Hexacom. At the same time, the Government of India through Telecom Consultants of India Limited (TCIL) owns the remaining 30 percent equity share capital of the company. Bharti Hexacom, incorporated on April 20, 1995, is active in the telecom business in Rajasthan and North East Circle.
According to the company’s website, it is the largest mobile telephony service in Rajasthan and North Eastern regions, which also provides fixed line and broadband services in Rajasthan. Talking about Bharti Hexacom’s future, it aims to cover all urban areas and some rural areas with 5G services by March 2024.
