Kathmandu: Earthquake tremors were felt in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, early this morning. The National Center for Seismology said that the earthquake occurred at 4.17 am in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. The magnitude of which is said to be 4.1 on the Richter scale. Buildings shook during a 5.6-magnitude earthquake in Taiwan’s capital Taipei on Tuesday, with no immediate reports of damage. Taiwan’s Central Weather Bureau said the epicenter of the earthquake was in the sea off the east coast of the island.

Earthquake tremors were also felt in Bagmati and other districts of Gandaki province. Three more aftershocks were felt in Dhading on Sunday afternoon, measuring more than four on the Richter scale. Earthquake tremors were also felt on Monday morning.
