The US President has asked Congress for $105 billion for the Israel-Ukraine crisis.
They are calling it a good investment for America’s secure future.
This statement by Biden clarifies America’s policy for the foreseeable future.
The possibility of a further escalation of war in the Middle East is not only present but increasing. The attack on a hospital in Gaza worsened the situation at the same time US President Joe Biden was on a tour of the Middle East. After returning from the trip, Biden addressed the nation from the Oval Office and said he would ask Congress to fund Israel and that it would be a smart investment that would pay dividends for future American generations. His statement is being seen as an indication of America’s policy stance in the changing situation.
To help colleagues
Biden said in his address that he would request an emergency budget in Congress, which would serve as a fund for America’s national security needs to help key American allies such as Israel and Ukraine. This is a smart investment that will pay dividends in American security for generations.
The army can be sent!
In his statement, Biden said the budget would continue aid to both Israel and Ukraine and allow American troops to be sent to both wars. He clarified that “We are not sending American troops to fight Russia or Russia. But he also said nothing on the possibility of sending American troops to the ongoing war in Gaza.
Dedicated to Israel,
In a media report, two Israeli officials said that Biden had recently told Israel that the US military would support the Israeli military if Hezbollah launched an attack. This attitude and statement of Biden shows that he does not care about the problems caused by his presence in the Middle East.

Can’t go back
Biden said the fund will help make the world safer, more peaceful and more prosperous for our children and grandchildren. American partnership will keep America safe. American values inspire him to work with allies. All of this will be in jeopardy if we withdraw from Ukraine or turn our backs on Israel.

America in the Middle East
Currently, Israel is America’s only major ally in the Middle East, while relations with other major countries are not going well. Iran is at the top of this. But its distance from Saudi Arabia over the past few years has upset the Middle East equation and seen its influence in the region waning.

Killing two birds with one stone?
On the one hand, Biden’s statement is being seen as an attempt to target the American Jewish vote bank, on the other hand, it is being seen as an attempt to take advantage of America’s entry into the Middle East. But this can be called an attempt to strengthen America’s intentions to increase its influence in international politics, especially in the Middle East. This shows that Biden does not want to let events in the Middle East distract him from Ukraine.

At the very least, tensions in the Middle East are sure to rise in the coming year. Now it remains to be seen whether America sends its army here or not and how Iran reacts to it. Can the rest of the world pressure America and Israel to make peace efforts? How will Biden be able to prevent the crisis from escalating until the next US presidential election? This will have to be seen.
