The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a notice warning candidates not to trust any website that publishes fake list of candidates shortlisted for appointment in the bank.
SBI Bank never announces the names of shortlisted candidates, the official notice reads. The notice reads that the bank final result will be available only at sbi.co.in/careers and
Bank.sbi/careers. Candidates should trust only these two websites.

An official notification issued by SBI said, “We have received information that some fraudsters have hosted websites impersonating State Bank of India (SBI) where fake websites of selected candidates for posts in SBI are being posted. Lists And fake appointment letters are being published.Stay away from these websites and cross check.
It is further stated that, “SBI never publishes the names of shortlisted/selected candidates on the website, only roll number/registration number is issued. Along with this, SMS/email/post will be sent to the shortlisted/selected candidates. All Details regarding recruitment instructions, interview schedule, final result etc. are released only on the official website.
Let us tell you that today SBI has released the preliminary exam schedule for the recruitment of Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) and Clerk. The complete exam schedule can be viewed on the official website. As per the schedule, the exams will be held on January 5, 6, 11 and 12. The admit card for the exam has also been released along with the preliminary time table. A total of 8,773 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment. The SBI Clerk Main Exam is likely to be held in February 2024, though the date of the exam has not been announced yet.
