Shahnawaz Dahani took six wickets for 40 runs
Did his best in first class cricket
Due to his bowling, the SBP team was reduced to 170 runs.
New Delhi. Fast bowler Shahnawaz Dahani has performed brilliantly in Pakistan’s domestic cricket by taking six wickets including a hat-trick. Playing for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL) in the President’s Trophy, he gave his best performance in first-class cricket and sent six State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) batsmen to the pavilion with 40 runs. Due to this brilliant bowling of Dahani, the opposition SBP team collapsed by scoring only 170 runs.
It may be noted that 25-year-old Shahnawaz Dahani has played two ODIs and 11 T20Is for the Pakistan team and is counted among the best fast bowlers in the country.
After this performance in the President Cup Trophy, Shahnawaz Dahani’s name is in discussion. There is a lather when Cricket Pakistan mentions the performance of this fast bowler on social sites. Another fan expressed a similar thought. He wrote, ‘Shahnawaz Dahani could be a better option for the Australia tour. His height gives him extra speed and bounce.
Shahnawaz Dahani registered a career-best with a hat-trick, Abdul Faseeh and Saad Naseem scored centuries.

Dahani should be with the Pakistan team in Australia as he has good speed, line and length.

Shahnawaz Dahani could also be a better choice in Australia. Because it generates extra speed and bounce due to its height. A poor poor team selection for a massive Test series

Don’t waste this talent

Another Pakistani fan wrote – Don’t waste this player’s talent. Let us tell you that Dahani has so far taken one wicket in two ODIs while he has taken eight wickets in T20 matches.
