The Asia Cup has not always been difficult for India. This victory campaign continued this year as well. The title was won by defeating Sri Lanka by 10 wickets in the final waving the flag of victory. This was Team India’s 8th title win. India bowled first after losing the toss and the bowlers did not allow any batsman to stay at the crease. Wickets kept falling like a deck of cards. The situation was such that the Sri Lankan team was all out on the score of 50 runs. In response, India achieved the target in just 6.1 overs without any loss. Mohammad Siraj’s performance in India’s win has to be praised. Siraj took 6 wickets for 21 runs in 7 overs. Hardik Pandya He took 3 wickets for 3 runs in 2.2 overs. Jasprit Bumrah took 1 wicket with 1 maiden in 5 overs. Sri Lanka lost 6 wickets for just 12 runs. After this the team added some more runs and the team was all out till the score of 50.
