Her former partner and lawyer Jai Anant Dehdaray, who has leveled these allegations against Mahua, has filed a fresh complaint against her. In the Supreme Court, lawyer Jai Anant Dehdaray has filed a police complaint against Mahua Moitra, accusing her of trespassing, that is, of forcibly entering her home and threatening the staff. Earlier, Dehdrai had expressed the threat to his life before the Delhi Police Commissioner.
