Finally, the door of the Supreme Court had to be knocked
After a murder case is registered, a boy named Abhay Singh knocks many doors to get the case closed and to prove that he is alive. He also appeared before a bench of the Allahabad High Court, but his plea was dismissed. After this he had to approach the Supreme Court.
The boy said I am alive…
Abhay Singh stood in front of the Supreme Court bench and said, “I am alive…” Now the Supreme Court has sought a report from the Uttar Pradesh government, the Superintendent of Police of Pilibhit and the Station Officer of Newria Police Station. The court ordered the authorities not to take any coercive action against the boy and his grandfather till further orders.
Abhay told the Supreme Court, “I am safe and live with my grandparents. The police keep coming to our house and threatening my grandparents. I want to stay with my grandparents.” “That’s why I want this case to go. Closed.”
False accusation of revenge murder…!
Abhay’s lawyer Kuldeep Johri said the boy had been living with his grandfather since 2013 as his father was beating his mother and demanding more dowry. After the death of the mother, the boy’s grandfather filed a case against the father. Hence the father accused the boy’s grandfather of killing Abhay. The Supreme Court will next hear the case in January.
