Amid the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas, India has sent humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza. The people of Gaza are facing a great crisis these days due to Israel’s retaliation against Hamas. India has extended a helping hand. The information is provided by the Ministry of External Affairs. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi tweeted that India is sending aid to the people of Gaza. He said that an IAF C-17 aircraft has reached Egypt carrying about 6.5 tonnes of medical aid and 32 tonnes of disaster relief materials for the people of Palestine. Departed for Al-Arish Airport.
