KL Rahul completed his century in 133 balls. When he was playing on 95, he hit a massive six off Gerald Coetzee to complete his century. However, Rahul could not take his innings for long. He gave his wicket for 101 runs. During this he faced 137 balls. Hit 14 fours and 4 sixes. India scored 245 runs on the basis of Rahul’s century. Now the South African team will enter the field for the first innings.
As soon as Rahul’s wicket fell, India lost its 10th wicket. With this, the first innings of the Indian team also ended. India played 67.4 overs in the first innings. Apart from KL Rahul, no batsman has seen a good innings with the bat. Most of the batsmen proved to be flops on the first day. Captain Rohit Sharma was dismissed after scoring 5 runs. Kohli was looking in good form. But left the wicket on 38 runs. Apart from this, only 31 runs came from Shreyas Iyer’s bat. Jaiswal was dismissed for 17 runs and Gill for 2 runs.
