West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee arrived in Delhi on Sunday on a four-day visit. Mamata Banerjee attended the meeting of the opposition alliance (India Alliance) on 19 December. Now Mamata Banerjee will meet PM Narendra Modi in Parliament on Wednesday, December 20 at 11 am. Before leaving for Kolkata, Mamata told reporters at the airport that she would meet the prime minister to demand the release of central funds for West Bengal.

Addressing the media before leaving for New Delhi on Sunday, Mamata Banerjee accused the central government of withholding all funds for Bengal, including the housing program ‘Banglar Bari’. The West Bengal government has alleged that the state owes about Rs 1.15 lakh crore to the central government.
The funds of the health department were also stopped
The TMC chief has also accused the central government of withholding funds from the health department. He said, “They say we have to paint everything saffron. They have painted all the metro stations saffron. Near Sukna they have painted all the buildings saffron. They tell us that every health center has to be painted saffron. Why do we Why? Color it like this? Our state brand colors are white and blue. These are not party colors.”
A delegation of 10 TMC MPs will also be present
A delegation of 10 TMC MPs will also be present along with Mamata Banerjee in the meeting with PM Modi. It includes 5 women MPs. Names of TMC General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee, Sudeep Bandhopadhyay, Saugata Roy, Derek O’Brien, Prakash Chik Barak, Kakoli Ghosh, Shatabdi Rai, Sajda Ahmed, Pratima Mandal are included in this delegation.
