PM Modi in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh
The first phase of voting for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections (MP Assembly Elections 2023) is scheduled to take place on November 17. As the elections are approaching, all the parties are in active mode. PM Modi reached Damoh today for election campaign. While addressing the people of the state from Damoh, PM Modi attacked the Congress. He said that the poor have become poorer and the rich richer under the Congress government. While BJP’s intention is not to loot the treasury but it is a guarantee to take the country forward. BJP’s guarantee is to increase its capacity.

People need to be wary of Congress – PM Modi
The PM said that the distant habit of Congress is still not going away. Earlier the Prime Minister was working remotely, now the President is working remotely. PM Modi said that people of Madhya Pradesh need to be wary of Congress. This party does scams worth thousands of crores of rupees. The PM said, “Today Damoh and entire Madhya Pradesh are saying that once again a double engine government. Today India is being praised from land to space…”. PM Modi said that the Center gave free ration to 80 crore people. He told the people of Damoh that the scheme was being completed in December, the government had decided to go ahead with it.

‘The poor got poorer and the rich got richer under Congress rule’
PM Modi said that Congress has been telling the same lie to the country over the years, giving slogans to eradicate poverty but Congress has never been able to eradicate poverty because the intentions of Congress leaders were not right. The poor got poorer and the rich got richer under Congress rule. He said that the development of the country and the state is not important for the Congress but only their own interest is important for them. What did the then Prime Minister do when the Congress was given a chance for 10 years till 2014? PM said that you don’t know that then PM was working remotely and today Congress President is working remotely.
Congress had created a special machine to loot the money of the poor.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “When the remote is on, he (Congress president) abuses Sanatan (religion) and when the remote is off, yesterday he talked about Pandavas and said there are five Pandavas in BJP. . We are proud. We are following the path shown by the Pandavas…” Targeting the Congress, the PM said that they have created a special machine to loot the money of the poor. That machine was such that if the government sent 100 rupees, 85 rupees would directly reach the coffers of the Congress leaders.
