Whatever Rajendra Kumar did in his acting journey, he did a lot. He ruled Hindi cinema for 4 decades. During this period he acted in approximately 80 films. His name was much discussed in the industry in the 60s. Many such films like Dhool Ka Phool, Gharana, Dil Ek Mandir, Mere Mehboob, Sangam, Ai Milan Ki Bela, Arzoo, Sooraj, Juk Gaya Asmaan, Talash and Gaonwar were released in theaters and these films were also successful.
