Record breaking start for stock markets, Sensex-Nifty opens at all-time highs

Share Market Live @ 9:55 pm: After a record-breaking start, the Sensex touched a new all-time high of 72406.75 before 10 am. While Nifty has reached the historical level of 21759. The market opens at a new high

The Sensex rose 289 points to 72328 in early trade. While Nifty was trading at the level of 21740 with an increase of 85 points. This is a new all time high of Rs. has reached 21745. On the other hand, the Sensex also bounced back today after touching a new all-time high of 72,360.51.

Nifty Top Gainers: In early trade today, JSW Steel rose nearly 1 percent to Rs. was trading at 884.35. Nestle India was up 0.95 percent at Rs 25965.1. NTPC rose 0.93 percent to Rs. was trading at 308.90. SBI Life and Mahindra & Mahindra were also among the top gainers.

Nifty Top Losers: Among Nifty’s top losers, Asian Paints fell 0.35 percent to Rs. was trading at 3392.60. A decline of 0.32 percent was recorded in Britannia. was trading at Rs.5200.25. Dr. Reddy’s Lab Rs. 5698.50, Bajaj Auto Rs. 6692.25 and Ultratech Cement Rs. 10413.60 was at the price.
