Salaar Movie Review in Hindi: Know what Prabhas and Prashant Neil’s Salaar is like
New Delhi:
Salaar Movie Review in Hindi: KGF Chapter 1 and KGF Chapter 2 director Prashant Neil’s Salaar has released in theaters worldwide on December 22. Salaar stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Shriya Reddy and Jagapathi Babu in lead roles. There was tremendous hype about Salaar. But the film also received negative publicity and was said to be a remake of Ugram. It was being called like KGF. But after watching Prashant Neil’s movie Salaar, the first thing that comes to mind is that Ugram is also in it. It also has a KGF-like feel to it. But this is completely salar. Let’s know how Prashant Neil and Prabhas movie Salaar is…
The story of Salar
The story of Salaar is about two friends Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. Prabhas does something for Prithviraj which he considers a favor to him. Then something happens that Prabhas gets buried under Prithviraj’s grace. The film also has an entry of Shruti Haasan. But overall the story reaches Khansar, the den of criminals. Which has its own rules and its own world. Here one has to sacrifice others to survive. Thus, the story of the film starts with Ugram and after an interval giving the feel of KGF it suddenly changes to Salaar and Prashant Neil takes you to a different world. Some worlds that only Baahubali director Rajamouli has managed to create so far. Although the first half seems dull, the second half makes up for it.
Direction of Salar
Salar’s direction is excellent. Prashant Neil has shown that he is a brilliant storyteller and mastermind of action films. He has shown that he knows how to play with colors and what he has done with the story and characters is fun. Where the ending of the film is left you will wonder what will happen next and they have hinted that the next part of Salaar is Shauryang Parvam which is going to be even better.
Acting in Salaar
Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran didn’t have to work hard in terms of acting in Salaar as Prashant Neel didn’t burden them at all with the direction. Prabhas and Prithviraj settle into their roles. Shriya Reddy has also joined it. Jagapathi Babu is also seen in a small but effective role. Overall, the world of Salar is captivating.
Cellar’s verdict
The first part of Salaar is a bit slow. But as the interval approaches and Prabhas’ action speeds up, the film seems to get a new direction and the tone of the story changes. The texture of the film changes. So, if Prashant is a fan of Neil and Prabhas, loves watching Prithviraj, loves action films and wants to watch something larger than life, then Salaar is the right choice.
