SAIL Recruitment 2023: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has started the online application process for the recruitment of 85 posts of Attendant-cum-Technician. Eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies on the official website cellcareers.com till 25th November. The objective of this recruitment drive is to fill a total of 85 vacancies for Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee at Bokaro Steel Plant. According to the notification, “Candidates selected for these posts will be placed on training for a period of 2 years followed by probation for one year. “On successful completion of the training period, they will be regularized in their initial grade on the minimum basic pay of their respective grade.”

Educational Qualification
Must have passed 10th from a recognized Board of School Education. Along with this one year apprenticeship training should be given.
To apply for SAIL Recruitment 2023, candidate age should be maximum 28 years as on 1st May 2023. In the maximum age limit, OBC category candidates will get three years relaxation, SC, ST category candidates will get five years relaxation and PWD category candidates will get ten years relaxation.
Application Fee
Application fee is Rs 300 for General, OBC and EWS category candidates. While SC, ST, PWD and ESM category candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. Application fee has to be paid in online mode during online application process.
UPSC Exam Calendar 2024: UPSC Civil Services Exam will be conducted on 26th May and NDA and IFS Prelims Exam will be conducted on this day.
Selection process
Candidates will be selected for the post of Attendant-cum-Technician through written examination and skill test or trade test. The written exam will be in objective type and CBT mode.
