Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case: Idgah committee challenges Allahabad High Court order in Supreme Court.

In the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi case, the Allahabad High Court’s order to conduct a survey of the Shahi Idgah Masjid complex adjacent to the birthplace by the Advocate Commissioner has been challenged in the Supreme Court. A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of the Idgah Committee. This application has been filed on behalf of the Secretary of the Management Committee of Shahi Masjid Idgah.

In fact, in Mathura’s Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute case, the Allahabad High Court recently accepted the demand for a survey of the disputed site through the Advocate Commissioner. A single bench of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain has given this decision. Justice Mayank Kumar Jain had earlier reserved judgment on November 16 after hearing the parties concerned. A petition was filed by Bhagwan Sri Krishna Virajman and seven others through advocates Harishankar Jain, Vishnu Shankar Jain, Prabhash Pandey and Devaki Nandan, claiming that the birth place of Lord Krishna is present below the mosque and there are many such signs which prove it.
