Constitution Day Speech 2023 in Hindi (Constitution Day 2023 Speech in Hindi)
Principal sir, respected teachers and my dear colleagues present here.
No country can run without a constitution. How will the governance and government of the country work? How will the various organs of government be constituted? How will the appointment be made to which post and what will be its duties? What will be the rights and duties of the citizens of the country and how will they be protected? What would be the law? All these things are included in the constitution to run the country. When India got its freedom from the clutches of the British after 200 years of slavery, it did not have its own constitution. In such a situation the first challenge was to make a constitution. For this, the Constituent Assembly was formed in 1946. Jawaharlal Nehru, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad etc. were prominent members of this meeting. It took 2 years, 11 months and 18 days to draft the constitution. It was completed and adopted on November 26, 1949. Today reminds us of this important day. November 26 is celebrated as Constitution Day as well as National Law Day. The Constitution came into force on January 26, 1950, a few days after its adoption. I salute all the members of the Constituent Assembly and the framers of the Constitution, including Baba Saheb Ambedkar, who dreamed of a modern India. Babasaheb Ambedkar played the most important role in the making of the Constitution.
It is the constitution that makes us feel as free citizens of a free country. While the fundamental rights given by the constitution act as our shield and give us our rights, the fundamental duties given in it also remind us of our responsibilities.
