Bullish trend in stock market…
In stock market: Domestic bourses opened with gains on Tuesday after a two-day decline amid a strong trend in global markets. Buying in Reliance Industries and HDFC Bank also supported the market. BSE’s 30-share benchmark Sensex rose 268.31 points to 65,923.46 points in early trade. The National Stock Exchange’s Nifty was trading at 19,779.10 points, up 85.1 points.

Among the Sensex companies, shares of JSW Steel, Tata Steel, Titan, Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank and Infosys were gainers. While shares of Larsen & Toubro, Maruti, Nestle and Hindustan Unilever were trading at a loss. In other Asian markets, South Korea’s Kospi, Japan’s Nikkei, China’s Shanghai Composite and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng were in losses. American markets closed with gains on Friday.
Global oil benchmark Brent crude was trading down 0.44 percent at $81.96 a barrel. According to stock market data, on Monday Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) invested Rs. 645.72 crore shares were sold.
