New Delhi: The ‘EOW’ of Delhi Police is probing the Rs 200 crore money-laundering and extortion case against Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Jacqueline Fernandes is a witness in this case. The actress has filed a petition, in which she has referred to Sukesh’s letters. Thug has filed an application against this in Delhi’s Patiala House Court, saying that Jacqueline has concealed many facts in her application.
Sukesh Chandrasekhar wrote in his petition, ‘I am ready to face any punishment if any letter sent by me to Jacqueline is threatening, intimidating or related to ED and EOW cases.’ Questioning Jacqueline’s intentions, Thug asked why the actress had not approached the High Court last year, when she had sent several letters to him.

Jacqueline Fernandes had moved the Delhi High Court last week seeking a direction to restrain the Superintendent of Mandoli Jail and the ‘EOW’ of Delhi Police from disclosing any letter, message or statement directly or indirectly related to Sukesh. The actress has accused Sukesh of circulating letters through several media platforms. This has created an anxious atmosphere for them.
