Know the identity of Sua song
The belief of Sua song is that women used to go from house to house of village farmers to dance Sua song. Then they are given money or grain as gifts for that dance. It is used in Gaura-Gauri marriage. Another belief of this dance is that the Sua dance is started on the day of Diwali and it is believed that in the past, paddy was harvested from farmers’ fields till Diwali. To celebrate this, the Yuktis used to go from house to house performing this dance and were given new grains as gifts.
