Noida:
A person living in Noida has been found infected with corona virus. This is the first case of infection in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Budh Nagar district in the last few months. Officials gave this information on Thursday. Gautam Buddha Nagar Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sunil Sharma said that the patient found infected is a 54-year-old man who lives in Noida but works in a multinational company based in Gurugram.

Sharma said, “Their samples have been sent to Delhi for genome sequencing. Results are awaited.” District Surveillance Officer and Public Health Care Specialist Dr. Amit Kumar said the patient had gone to Nepal earlier this month and after returning from there he also went to his office in Gurugram.
