Bihar Public Service Commission has reduced the qualifying marks required for language in teacher recruitment exam in all subjects except classes 1 to 5. The commission made it mandatory to score nine marks in the language test of 30 marks in the first part. It has now been removed. Nine points were kept for qualifying only. It has completely zeroed out. Now merit list of candidates will be made on 120 marks.
After the exam, there were questions from some candidates that not a single question from Urdu and Persian was asked in the language exam. For this reason, the Commission unanimously abolished the requirement of 9 marks. There has been no change in the qualifying marks prescribed for language in classes 1 to 5. Candidates scoring less than qualifying marks will fail.
An opportunity for improvement for NIOS candidates. BPSC has given an opportunity to the candidates who have applied for the post of class 6 to 8 teacher through NIOS on the basis of educational qualification of D.El.Ed or also have certificate. If so, the candidate can also opt for the educational qualification of B.Ed. Candidates can revise from 19 to 20 in dash board.
Two questions from Acharya exam and six from Persian were deleted.
BPSC has removed question number 73 and 95 in the second phase of teacher recruitment exam held on December 7 for the post of head teacher. Along with this, six questions have been deleted from the Persian subject exam conducted on December 8. Questions 77, 84, 98, 107, 136, 148 have been removed in Persian subject. If a candidate has any objection on the second provisional answer key, he can upload the evidence on the dashboard by logging in with his username and password till 20th December. After reviewing the objections received from the principals, the commission has released the question book series ‘A’ on December 7th in music and art of classes 9 to 10, 16 subjects of class 9 to 10 on December 8 and 8 in Urdu subject of class 6 to 10 on December 7. Another provisional answer key has been released.
