New Delhi. The Indian team has faced a crushing defeat against South Africa in the Boxing Day Test (India Vs South Africa). The team put up a disappointing performance on both the batting and bowling fronts and lost the match by an innings and 32 runs on the third day itself. After this crushing defeat in the first Test, the Indian team has trailed 0-1 in the two-Test series. The second Test will be played from 3 January 2024.

The debutant bowler stunned India, creating a panic in the first match
An angry fan wrote – 10 players scored only 55 runs… This says everything about the team selection. This fan meant the 131 runs scored by the Indian team in the second innings, of which 76 runs were scored by Virat Kohli alone while the remaining 55 runs were scored by 10 other batsmen. Another cricket lover wrote in his reaction, ‘With 10 players, South Africa beat the Indian team by an innings difference.’ Let us tell you that captain Temba Bavuma did not bat in the match due to injury.
55 runs from 10 players..says a lot about team selection!

With 10 men, SA beat India by an innings and 32 runs.
A huge win for the hosts.
So many questions for tourists who have lost the game within 3 days chasing it almost all the time.
Questions will be asked, about the education that will be implemented someday?

Another fan wrote – Rohit Sharma has failed as a Test captain. What was the need to take away the Test captaincy from Kohli who finally made India the number one Test team. Another fan wrote that Rohit is not fit as a Test captain. BCCI had to embarrass the fans by sending players like the famous Krishna and Shardul Thakur there. Looks like the players are in a hurry to come to India for the IPL. The honor of the country does not matter.
Rohit has failed as a Test captain. What is the need to take Test captaincy from Kolhi? He took the Test team discarded by Dhoni as a useless team and took it to the No. 1 rank.
Kohli is India’s greatest Test captain of all time. It means nothing to anyone else…– Sriram Krishna (@SreeramKrishna4) December 28, 2023
T20 style players, IPL stars are among the whole new crowd playing cricket in India. He says he loves Test cricket but lacks adaptability to situations, be it his technical skills or mentality.

Another fan called Rohit Sharma a clueless captain. What one fan wrote seems to be true to a large extent. It read – Indian team’s new lot has all T20 style players. Even though they say they love Test cricket, they don’t know how to adapt their game to the conditions. Be it technical aspect or mental aspect. However, there were some players who took an optimistic stance and hoped for the team’s comeback.
IND vs SA: Shubman Gill’s flop show continues, last 5 Test stats very poor
The lone warrior Virat Kohli, sadly we could not win the Test series again in South Africa vs South Africa. All we can do is draw the Test series 1-1

Another fan wrote, ‘Virat Kohli is the only warrior. Unfortunately, the Indian team will not win the Test series again in South Africa, they only have a chance to level the series 1-1.
