IB Vacancy: Intelligence Bureau Recruitment for Graduate Youth, Last Date to Apply Today

IB ACIO Recruitment 2023: Today, December 15, is the last date to apply for the recruitment of 995 posts of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer – Grade-II/Executive in Intelligence Bureau (IB). Graduates of any discipline can apply for this recruitment. If any interested candidate has not applied then he/she can apply today. Among the vacancies, 377 posts are unreserved. 129 are reserved for EWS, 222 for OBC, 134 for SC, 133 for ST. Candidates can apply by visiting www.mha.gov.in, www.ncs.gov.in.

Educational Qualification
Graduation in any stream.

Age Limit – Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years. In the maximum age limit relaxation will be given to SC, ST category by five years and OBC by three years.

Selection process
Final selection will be based on performance in Tier-1 Exam, Tier-2 Exam and Interview. First of all the candidates will be called for the Tier-1 written test. The Tier-1 exam will be of 100 marks in which 100 questions will be asked. Each question will carry one mark. The paper will be of one hour duration. The paper will have five sections – Current Affairs, General Studies, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning/Logical Aptitude, English. There will be 20 questions from each section.

Successful candidates in Tier-II will be called for Tier-II Descriptive Paper (50 Marks). This too will be of one hour. There will be 30 marks for essay and 20 marks for English comprehension and precise writing. Successful candidates in Tier-2 will be called for interview (100 marks).

Cutoff Marks of Tier-1 – Unreserved 35, OBC – 34, SC, ST – 33, EWS – 35. Candidates with 10 times total vacancies in Tier-2 will be admitted in Tier-2.

Pay Scale – Level 7 (Rs. 44,900-1,42,400) and other allowances
