New Delhi. India has shocked India by keeping three of its star players out of the playing eleven in the T20 match being played against South Africa. One of these star players is the number-1 bowler in the ICC T20 rankings these days. He was also adjudged player of the series in the T20 series against India and Australia. Another player is the one who scored a century against Australia. The third player is the one who was India’s vice-captain in the last series against Australia.
The second T20 match between India and South Africa was played on Tuesday, December 12. India has made important changes in its playing eleven in this match. Shubman Gill, Ravindra Jadeja and Mohammad Siraj returned to the playing XI. But the most talked about was Ravi Bishnoi and Rituraj Gaikwad who were out of the playing XI. Ravi Bishnoi won the player of the series award in the T20I series against Australia this month. He is also currently the world’s number-1 T20 bowler. Rituraj Gaikwad scored a century against Australia. Shreyas Iyer, who was India’s vice-captain in the last series against Australia, was also surprised to be left out of the playing XI.
