On this, Atla said, ‘Jawan is made only for Shah Rukh Khan. There was no other option in my mind. But from the first day I used to talk to Vijay sir about the script, scene, what I am going to do, how I will do it etc. He is like my brother and we are very serious about our work. So it’s like my backbone. We talked a lot about Jaawan, but yes, this was made just for Shah Rukh Khan.
There will be a surprise on OTT
Atla said that they are planning something special for the OTT version of Jaawan. When asked if the OTT film will be longer and have an uncut version, the director said, ‘I think we have given the right emotions in the theatre. We are planning something different for OTT. This is why I haven’t gone on my holidays. I’m working on something. You all will get a surprise.
