Jaipur:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former chief minister Vasundhara Raje were seen on a platform on Tuesday ahead of the last round of campaigning for the assembly elections in Rajasthan. Following this, a round of speculation started in political circles that ‘all is well’ between Raje and the top leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Political experts believe that the BJP has tried to send a ‘message’ to the voters through this election rally before the polls. Voting for assembly elections in the state is scheduled on November 25. The hype will stop after two days.

A few days before the voting, Modi and Raj came on the same platform and his picture was widely shared on social media. Since BJP has not announced anyone as the chief ministerial candidate in this election, its effects are also dragging. Prime Minister Modi himself has said in his initial election speeches in the state that BJP’s face in this election is a ‘lotus flower’. He said this at a rally held in Chittorgarh district in October and Raje was also present in it.
While Raje’s supporters consider him the front runner in this race. Along with this, the ruling Congress is targeting the BJP for not announcing the chief ministerial candidate in the election and calling it an internal conflict of the BJP in the state. However, Raje has refrained from making any public comment on this.
Raje not only praised Modi openly from the platform, but also said that the people of the country are eagerly waiting for Prime Minister Modi to achieve the hat-trick of power in 2024. Lok Sabha elections are to be held next year.
In fact, Modi began his grand election tour in Rajasthan with an election rally in Anta (Baran) on Tuesday. Among the big leaders of the state, only Raje was on the stage during this meeting in Hadoti area. Apart from this, his son and MP Dushyant Singh and the party’s local candidate were there.
In his address, Raje said that the whole country recognizes the strength of Modi and today the whole world accepts his leadership. Pointing to the Lok Sabha elections to be held next year, he said, ‘The people of the country are eagerly waiting for Modiji for a hat-trick in 2024.’
He said that Prime Minister Modi’s schemes have empowered the people. Not only this, he also lashed out at Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and said that the plans of the Congress-led government are only in newspapers.
In his address, Modi referred to the discussion he had with Dushyant Singh about the crowd that had gathered in the meeting and said that the crowd showed how strong the sentiment of change in Rajasthan was in Hadoti’s mind.
