Pollution rises in Delhi: All classes except 10th, 12th ordered online

Delhi Pollution Latest News: Pollution is increasing in Delhi. In view of the increasing pollution, the Delhi government has issued an order to make all classes online except 10th and 12th. As of this week i.e. till 10th November, now only 10th and 12th standard students will be able to go to physical school in Delhi. This order of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be applicable to all government and private schools in Delhi. However, it is left to the school heads to decide whether they want to conduct online or physical classes for class 10th and 12th students. Last week, the Delhi government ordered the closure of schools from classes 1 to 5 for two days due to air pollution. Later, due to deteriorating air quality, schools from class 1 to 5 were ordered to go online by November 10.

With the onset of November in Delhi, breathing in and out has become difficult. Air pollution levels are increasing. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), pollution in Delhi is almost 100 times more than the prescribed limit. By Sunday afternoon, Delhi’s Wazirpur area recorded an AQI level of 859, which is very dangerous.
Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai said classes from 6th to 11th will remain closed till November 10. While the children of class 10 and 12 will be able to go to school till November 10. After this, the classes of class 10 and 12 of government and private schools will be conducted online, however, it remains for the school heads to decide whether they want the classes of 10th and 12th children to be conducted online or physically. Currently, children from class 1 to 5 do not go to school from Friday. Earlier, the government had closed schools for two days. After this, the classes were ordered to be online by 10th November. Not only this, due to increasing air pollution, odd-even will be implemented on vehicles in Delhi from November 13. On this basis the trains will run from 13th November to 20th November.
