PRSU Semester Exam 2023: Prof. In the academic session 2023-24 of Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) State University, Undergraduate and Post Graduate (except B.Ed and LLB) odd semester examinations are proposed from 28th November. Students who cheat this time will be debarred for at least one semester. Earlier the exams were conducted annually. This time it is being organized semester wise. Colleges involved in mass copying will also face heavy fines, including ban for a maximum of three years.
5.25 lakh students from 691 colleges of the department (Prayagaraj, Pratapgarh, Kaushambi and Fatehpur) will appear for the exam. The university will soon announce the list of centers for the examination. Preparations are underway for the examination at 175 centers in the department. CCTV cameras have been made mandatory in all centres. Vice Chancellor Prof. Akhilesh Kumar Singh said that a control room has also been set up in the main campus of the university. All the colleges have to keep their CCTV cameras active and connected to the university control room during the examination. Action will be taken if CCTV is off.
PRSU has recently changed its examination and evaluation rules. As per the new rules, candidates who have secured 35 marks instead of 33 in the exam will be eligible.
The Vice Chancellor informed that odd semester examinations of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional courses (except LLB and BED) for the academic session 2023-24 will be held in two shifts (10 am to 12 am) from November 28 to December 23. and 02 to 04 PM.) will be completed. The colleges will compulsorily conduct practical and oral examinations for the courses for which the semester examinations will be held from November 16 to 25.
