After this the video immediately went viral and some social media users were seen saying that the video was deep faked. A journalist came forward and confirmed that the video was fake. Rashmika was shown bold in the fake video
He further explained that ‘from a deepfake POV, viral videos are perfect for ensnaring ordinary social media users. But if you watch the video carefully you can see at (0:01) when Rashmika (deepfake) is entering the lift suddenly her face changes and Rashmika’s face is visible on the dress.’ Amitabh Bachchan, after seeing this user’s post, retweeted his post and requested legal action against such incidents.
